Miami, FL - The Supreme Court lethal injection ruling could lead states like Florida to remove the death penalty moratorium. Victor-Hugo Vaca II, founder of the Modern Art Music Movement (MAMM), has made Florida governor and potential Vice Presidential candidate Charlie Crist aware of the fact that there is no oversight over the Florida Bar.

Allegations that Florida Bar President Henry Coxe III is lowering the standard of ethics and competency for attorneys, thus create a danger for low income families, small business owners, and minorities seeking a fair trial in Florida Courts.

Vaca - who helped NY Sen. Gary L. Ackerman uncover a hazing scandal at the United States Naval Academy - is now lending his voice to former Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor in raising global awareness about the growing threat to judicial independence and integrity threatening the U.S. Constitution.

Sen. Bill Nelson, a Florida Democrat, was quoted in the April 10, 2008 Miami Herald as saying:

“We have a problem that justice is breaking down here.” The Modern Art Music Movement (MAMM) is preparing a world tour with various high profile artists, musicians, and celebrities to raise awareness about the enormous implication assaults on judicial independence and the bedrock principle of impartial justice has on democracy.

MAMM artists, 3kStatic premiered at Number One on e-music with their hit single ‘Council Housed and Violent’ featuring British pop stars Vile Evils (members of Pop Will Eat Itself).

Showcasing tracks from the new album Voodoo Science, 3kStatic stormed Remix Hotel Miami March 29, rocking a crowd that included BT, notable artist Victor Hugo Vaca, IDM legend Richard Devine and Blake Lewis of American Idol.

Tracks from the set list included 'Return To Mono', 'Ma-Ma Ma Belle' and 'Council Housed and Violent', plus a trippy take on 'Tomorrow Never Knows'.

The Rom DiPrisco remix of the 3kStatic track 'Counterprogramming' leads new chart activity for the week ending 03.09, as the mix moves to #5 on the Electronica sales charts at djtunes.com. Elsewhere on the charts, 'Showdown' feat. Parthenon Huxley remains #1 on the Downtempo charts at DJ site PlayItTonight, and thus begins its fifth consectutive week at #1.
